Initially in charge of all plant operations during the 2nd shift where I managed 2nd shift of up to 60 direct labor union employees (including punch press operators, quality control inspectors, and die repair personnel).

Moved to 1st shift to implement and train all personnel in a new data collection system on both shifts.
