Petroleum Supply Specialist

• I served 18 years in the US Army as a Petroleum Supply Specialist. I have operated and maintained storage, dispensing, and distribution facilities and pipeline system for petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POL). Marked petroleum containers for proper identification; conduct safety inspection of petroleum storage sites.
• Personally guided over 200 Army Soldiers in annual Fuel Handler/HAZMAT refresher training; achieved a 90% first time go rate
• Managed and facilitated the training of 20 junior soldiers in four different Military Occupational Specialties which certified them in aircraft refueling operation
• Wrote my organization HAZMAT Standard Operation Procedures resulting in zero deficiencies during the Occupational Safety Health Agency (OSHA) Command Inspection.
• Contributed to the issue of over 4 million gallons of tested aviation turbine fuel.
•Strict enforcement of safety guidelines resulted in zero injuries during countless hours of refueling operations
• Supervised and conducted retrograde inspection for 15 Command Observation Post and Forward Operations Base to reach maximum efficiency and be with Environmental compliance during Operation Enduring Freedom XIII-XIV
