I am seeking long-term employment in a fast-paced environment with opportunity for advancement. I have excellent customer service skills with over fifteen years of office experience to offer you. I enclose my resume as a first step in exploring the possibilities of employment.

I have extensive experience as an Administrative Support Assistant with a busy City/County Health Department. I was responsible for overseeing the daily office operations for eight Environmental Health Specialists, six Animal Control officers and the Division Manager. This position allowed me to use my customer service skills many times each day when serving walk in clients and answering phone calls. Customer service was, in fact, one of my favorite parts of the position.

As an employee with your company, I would bring focus on quality customer service and a desire for learning. I work well with others, and in addition to general clerical skills, I have experience in: employee training, coordinating travel, purchasing/invoicing, and creating and maintaining databases using multiple programs.
