SUMMARY
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, cancelations, and other queries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email.

Handle changes in policies or renewals.
