• Type, submit, and file TPAs for CAHS/CCST and any new program offered by CAHS, filing hourly paid assignment forms, personnel requisition forms, menus, and student application database.

• Heavy public contact by phone and in person with students, faculty, and other departments at CCSF

Assisted Veritas/KPMG CRM team on critical issue after gone live with 11.0.3 in November 2000. Assisted Oracle Solution Support member to be familiar with CRM 3iv2 module Sales on Line implemented at Veritas.
