Professional Duties:

IT & Troubleshooting:

Worked closely with in-house IT Helpdesk and Systems Administrator on a regular basis to set up and configure job site server, cloud server for document control and laptops for 20+ users.

Assisted in the troubleshooting of user connectivity issues, Microsoft Outlook availability issues, general Windows OS issues, system backup and data recovery.

Assisted with start-up and connectivity issues with I/O points for Ethernet-enabled Process Logistics Controllers (PLCs).

Solely responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, administration and automated report generation (where applicable) of computerized thermal sensors, remotely monitored seismographic equipment, EarthCam remote time-lapse cameras, FLIR infrared equipment, Automated TotalStation Theodolite and HP DesignJet T790 Drafting Plotter/Printer.

Project Mobilization:

Solely responsible for totality of job site set-up. Established three office buildings and associated parking lots with full furnishings, supplies, tools, facilities and IT Network for 20+ project team members.

Procurement:

Estimated and finalized terms and conditions, drafted, reviewed, and forwarded legally sound Subcontract Agreements, Purchase Orders, and Technical Service Agreements for 200+ Manufacturers, Suppliers, Vendors and Subcontractors.

Submittal Documentation:

Acted as the technical liaison between the Design Firm, Subcontractors, Manufacturers and Crew Members to interpret design intent from blueprints, and transformed the design intent into project deliverables.

Directly responsible for the timely retrieval, review, coordination, preparation and electronic submission of all necessary Engineering/Construction Submittal Documentation for Division 1 through Division 12 of the Contract Specifications (approximately 1,026 JTD).

Electronic Document Control:

Actively upkept electronic repository of technical documentation and distributed current approved shop drawings to Field Staff and Crew on a daily basis.

Maintained master copies of Project As-Built Drawings by incorporating all Field Orders, RFI/RFA responses and red-line mark-ups in electronic PDF and hard copy.

Successfully consulted with project team members and subcontractors to draft, review, process and distribute 186 Requests for Information and 25 Requests for Alteration JTD.

Coordination:

Conducted coordination meetings and Pre-Construction meetings via conference call and on-site between various crafts and trades to avoid costly conflicts and/or production delays in the field from Submittal review process through to production phases.

Conducted weekly meetings with major Subcontractors and on-site Subcontractors to resolve immediate issues while mitigating future issues in open discussion.

Solely responsible for keeping meeting minutes during weekly subcontractor meetings, compiling scheduled activities over the course of two weeks and distributing two-week look ahead schedules to all involved Project Team Members.

Closely coordinated Plant Shut-Downs and Pipeline Tie-Ins between Contractor, City's Resident Inspector, Engineer of Record's Resident Inspector and Plant Operations Personnel to avoid disruption to Treatment Plant Process.

Quality Control / Quality Assurance:

Received majority of delivery for materials/process equipment within Contractor's Scope of Work, and verified proper fabrication per the approved Submittal Documentation through self-established check-in process.

Worked closely in the office and the field with third-party Testing Laboratory Technicians throughout entire process of scheduling and field coordinating approximately 39,000 cubic yards of concrete pours, five Auger Cast-In-Place Pile Integrity Tests and two Cold-Formed Metal Roof Truss Inspections.

Regularly performed Quality Assurance/Quality Control audits and visual inspections of subcontracted work in place as well as self-performed work in place to ensure acceptable conformance to Contract Documents.

Performed thorough Quantity Tracking through close comparison of contract terms and conditions against delivery tickets, bills of landing, bill of materials, packing slips, etc. against in-house logs of work in place.

Compiled monthly internal reports capturing work progress on a month-to-month basis in narrative and photographic form, current Critical Path Schedule, open/closed Submittals and QA/QC Issues.
