***Regarding Ken Vance Auto Group*** --- I Was hired to rebuild and set up the new Internet Department for the 3 stores. My intent was to make the company more efficient, productive and profitable. Our goal was to average 20 units a month for the first 3 months and then obtain 40 units a month rolling average within 6 months.
By the 1st full month we exceeded our 20 goal and by the third had a average of 42 units per month. And after almost 2 years we had an average of 91 units per month. This was a HUGE increase from the 8 unit average they had for the year prior to me taking over. My Dept's closing ratio per lead is much, much higher than the Industry standard. About 3 times as high! Here is 1 reason why. I feel that experience and the efficiency to respond to the lead with in minutes ( not hr or 2... or next day like some places) is the contributing factor. Along with close conjunction of every customer my myself and a " HANDS ON " attitude with the Used Car Dept. I always use a aggressive buy or die approach. The first dealer to respond to a Internet customer, 9 out of 10 times is the dealer they end up buying from. If we make it a point to be the first guy to contact them WE will be the place selling the cars! Along with the 3-5-7 response time rule ( Ask for details) that I implemented will be a huge asset your company if you decide to add myself and my practices it works!
