SUMMARY

In the last 6 years I have worked hard with the design team and manufacturing to identify the necessary improvements in 5 projects at GM, evaluated alternative projects to implement the product and process, I created and handed DTS ( dimensional technical specifications), I have expertise in GD&T, measurement system and quality control.

I developed product designs in CAD (CATIA V5/NX), for stamped parts, blocks, heads, brackets, housings, gears, intake manifolds and exhaust systems, clutch, gear shifting systems, installation of engines, transmissions and chassis.

I created GD & T strategies also to structure group, Closures body. Often I participated and I drive meetings where we find solutions with our suppliers to improve processes that would correct dimensional problems in our parts.

Create the concepts of devices for supplier, analyzing the concept and functionality as the released drawings, and that meet the GM and GD&T standards for construction of the devices.
