4/2014 to 9/2015- 2nd Shift Production Supervisor- Teir II supplier of precision machined fuel injection components for GM. Responsible for production of 20 high speed CNC machines and 30+ team members. Left for a better position closer to home.

Lead the successful implementation of 5S system in 2 plants, Louisville and the Salt lake city facility. Facilitated numerous lean teams, changeover time reduction, and variation reduction kaizen. Left due to layoffs as the result of economic cutbacks.

Trained in Nagoya Japan with Aichi steel and Toyota Inc. on lean manufacturing and Toyota Production system. Played a key role as Kaizen leader for the transition of the factory to Toyota Production system. Left to pursue a better position.
