I have done my master's degree in public administration (MPA) from the Tribhuwan University in Nepal and received a series of national and international professional training courses. I am endowed with interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills matured through my dealing and negotiating tasks with different kinds of stakeholders. Professional writing is yet my attribute in which I am very confident at.
From the year 2005 to 2016, I worked for different challenging projects of HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation located in different parts of Nepal in different managerial capacities. With almost two decades plus professional experiences mostly that in a managerial and supervisory position, I am a development professional, well exposed to management skills (communication, motivation,teamwork,negotiation, goal setting and achievement etc.) I have perfect track record of successful job achievements, something below given details prove. I have a great deal of experience on: project cycle management –planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation– of community development projects that involve infrastructure, livelihood support, governance, humanitarian aid and psychosocial support etc.

2. Supported local government bodies in formulating their periodic plans, through local facilitators by extending regular coaching and training to them.
3. Concept notes on local governance drafted for the organization. 4. Provided technical expertise to the Sajhedari Bikas project of USAID with regard to village development periodic plan. 5. Provided capacity building trainings to more than 100 local government and NGO staff .

1. Finalized and successfully executed humanitarian aid programme for HELVETAS during the heightened period of armed conflict, benefiting thousands of conflict affected people in some of the remote districts of Nepal.
2. Conducted research and impact assessment and corresponding reports produced on different thematic matters relating to project objectives.
3. Eight local organizations capacitated making them able to run development activities in their working area with the adaptation of governance practices.

1. Promoted and capacitated five local NGOs in a most remote district
–Humla, which are currently working on a development partnership in the district.
2. Successfully constructed a 50 kilowatts micro hydro project in the lead of USC Nepal, in Humla, benefiting more than 500 families 3. Uplifted socioeconomic status of more than five thousand people of the district of Humla through different types of development intervention.
