oSuccess full Assy line setup, adding Low Cost Automation, Poka Yoke for Maruti new Model (YL7, YL1, YAD, YRA, YBA & YJC)

oReduced the rejection rate of molding shop from 10% to 2% (Three months project) Radiant Bhiwadi.

oSolved the “Port Breakage problem” in Maruti Swift Radiator Tank

oReduced cycle time of almost every component for MARUTI like Flanges, Radiator Fan, Tanks etc at Radiant, Bhiwadi

oReduced touch up spray consumption in Radiator Tanks for Maruti Swift (Petrol).

oSaved approx. 5lacs/Annum by reducing reworking cost thru team work at Radiant, Bhiwadi
