Manage all the ordering and inventory for this satellite food service site with a daily volume between $3,000 to $5,000.

Perform all cashier audits and make daily deposits.

Maintain excellent customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere between the staff and the customers.

Ensure that all hazardous materials and food safety guidelines are consistently enforced.

Train all new employees and maintain continuous improvements in the knowledge and skills of existing staff.

• Advise and assist the team members with the paperwork for unemployment, Family Medical Leave, NYS Disability, workman’s compensation and employer medical insurance.

• Train team members on policies and procedures through workshops, orientation and member meetings.

• Organize the agendas and run monthly union meetings.

• Participate, mediate and advocate for team members involved in disciplinary disputes and grievances.
