Responsible for directing a team of HR Compliance Consultants in multiple locations across the United States providing leadership for maintaining a cohesive team structure supporting the enterprise and management of various job protected leave cases within ADAAA, FMLA, USERRA, international leave, and other applicable federal regulations, state laws, and statutes as well as corporate policies, practices and programs.

Hired, trained and managed a Leave of Absence compliance team specializing in acting as a liaison between Leave of Absence vendor manager, legal, HR professionals, managers and employee on complex Leave of Absence issues.

Managed teams in various locations which processed a monthly average of over 10,000 FMLA and non-FLMA Leave of Absence cases and issued a yearly average of $112 million in Short Term Disability Payments/Long Term Disability Payments.
