1. Planning and execution of all Lifting activities, in accordance with

BS, ASME, API Standards, LEEA, LOLER, and Qatar Foundation

Regulations.

2. Conducting Lifting Induction to all personnel in the lifting team,

management and sub-contractors etc.

3. Review and approval of sub contractor's lifting plan and verifying

whether the same has been implemented at the time of work in site.

4. Inspection of all Lifting equipments, heavy equipments, lifting gears

in a periodical basis(quarterly basis).

5. Assessment of all lifting equipment and heavy equipment operators.

6. Conducting and recording lifting coordination meeting between the

project construction department and subcontractor.
