1.2 years experience in the field of industry sector as the post of Asst. Technician. At Serena Pharma Pvt Ltd . From 14th April 2009 to 13th April 2011.

2.7months experience in Bushan Steel Ltd in the post of technician. From 18th may 2011 to 17 Dec 2011.

3. 3 year experience in Aditya Aluminium At Hindalco Industries. As a post of E&I Technician from 18th Dec2011 to7th Feb 2015 .

4.Now I am working in Bharat Aluminium Company Ltd (Vedanta Resorces). From 15th jun2015 as E&I maintenance Technician .

Responsibility: -

●Here I am responsible for all the maintenance activities carried out in I.C .m Maintenance, Over Head Crane Maintenance, having various Induction motor,pumps,maintenance, All electrical & PLC panel .

●Electrical Drive & ABB robots maintenance,Holding Furness maintenance, Nitrogen Plant maintenance .Blower maintenance &conveyer drive maintenance. Crane maintenance about 2 to 40 tons pump House maintenance, Softener Plant Maintenance. Dross Plant Maintenance, Aluminium Rod Mill maintenance 15 Ton Per Hour .

●Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves, Actuators & Regulators.

●Handling of various kinds of Gas analyzing and detecting instrument & electrical testing equipment.

● Having knowledge of welding machine like Branson,Emerson & also hand welding machine of LPT,DUKANE of 20,40 khz &also knowledge of Predryer, Dehumidifier of shinni and Aerodryer.

• Maintenance repair and troubleshooting all type of electrical equipment – AC induction motors, servo motors, heater,star delta starters, DOL starter, ACB,MCCB ELCB, MCB, MPCB, CONTACTOR, OLR relays, switch gears, Insulation testing to megger, cable laying and termination, etc.

• Field Instrument- ( prcemeter Level Transmitter,Pressure Transmitter,Limit Switch, all type of Sensor, solonide coils, flow Transmitter,all type of relay,control valve, thermocupels ) wiring and Troubleshooting .

●My responsibility also includes Preventive maintenance of all the system,Predictive maintenance, TPM implementation on shop floor & Monitoring its performance which includes red tag clearing,Unsafe condition closing activity as well as following regular audit schedules & weekly preventive maintenance schedule.
