downhole equipment used for offshore oil

exploration. Perform service levels needed to each

tool before sending to clients. Repair all PC circuit

boards for downhole use (IPC Solder Certified).

Assist team leaders and supervisor in putting tool

orders together to ship. Mentor and train all

incoming technicians. Keep service quality as

number one priority while still implementing LEAN

processes. Monitor and improve process deficiencies

using kaizen/lean techniques.

MASCO SERVICE Broussard, LA Overhauled helicopter instruments for

CORPORATION customers all over the world. Followed all

procedures as per FAA regulations. Also shipped

helicopter instruments to customers as needed.
