Maintenance of two hospitals totaling 198 beds, 1 outpatient rehabilitation center, 8 doctor practices and 2 medical office buildings.
Project management experience with several renovation and new construction projects.
Develop and maintain operating and capital budgets.
Manage all records required for compliance with all regulatory agencies including joint commission.
Plant Operations Manager, 1993 - 2006

Directly involved with the start up of an 118,000 sq. ft. hospital.
Instrumental in the implementation of the building operations areas, and the establishment of the
policies and procedures for the Plant Operations Department.
