I have been employed part time at Cuyahoga Community College since 2000: I currently hold the position of Program Coordinator within TRI-C's Public Safety Training Institute. I am responsible for the Standardized Police Testing Program. The SPTP conducts entry level employment pre-screening across three platforms; Written Cognitive, Personality Profile, and Physical Fitness. I have primary responsibility for all relationship and contract performance issues with program design vendor Fitforce Inc. I authored the program’s Business Plan, Table of Organization and Equipment (TOE), Cost Benefit Analyses, and Return on Investment Forecasts. I was responsible for the annual budget of $175,000 and demonstrated a continued annual Return on Investment achievement to mark down the initial capitalization of $325,000. I accomplished that goal in three years. I was responsible for coordinating with Administrative Services to create the original revenue stream model for the program. I was responsible for authoring or adapting all Policy and Procedure Manuals for administration of the program.

I served as the Primary Liaison with Fitforce Inc. and was responsible on a day to day basis for the construct and compliance of the Validation Study for the initial program setup. This tasking included collection of data and analysis coordination with Fitforce, managing the day to day logistics of the validation study, scheduling training/testing days, and classroom facilities/instruction for up to 30 officers at a time. The Validation Study physically tested a total of 136 Officers and collected hard data surveys for an additional 250 Officers.

I am the Lead Sales Representative for the program and manage client relationships with over 80 Municipalities. I manage a Sales Territory spanning Northeast Ohio from Sandusky to Ashtabula to Akron. I specialize in presentations to Law Enforcement Administrators, Elected Officials, Civil Service Professionals and Human Resources Professionals. I assist in answering detailed questions and concerns regarding compliance with State, Local and Federal Laws and Civil Service Regulations.

Coordinated with Vendors for contract compliance and build specifications on Infrastructure, Support, and Logistics Systems: Onan Generator Systems, HVAC, and Electrical. Prepared documentation for bid and specifications for 2007 Ford F-Series HD tow vehicle and necessary equipment.

Primary responsibility for client relations, marketing, presentations and sales of training contracts for law enforcement agencies. Maintain existing relationships with client agencies and served as Instructor Trainer for larger agencies teaching their existing instructors on use of Simulator Systems.
