oHawthorn Suites by Wyndham – Greensboro, NC, August 2013 – July 2016.

Guest Service Representative for 9 months.

Promoted to Front Desk Manager in May, 2014. I assisted with invoices, ordering, inventory, and scheduling.

Promoted to Operations Manager in January 2015. I continued to do the ordering, inventory and scheduling along with the accounting and payroll

Began in the order entry department, keying around 80 requisitions an hour with 95% or over in quality. Transferred to unbillable department in January 2013, performing above standard of 10 calls an hour and making 90% of the files billable.
