Current position (From July 2015) Executive Production, Aurobindo Pharma Ltd.,Unit -3, Hyderabad.

My role involved the following:

Responsible for shop floor activities in Tablet Section.

Supervising of Granulation section.

To enforce latest developments in GMP, SOPs etc.

To perform IQ, OQ and PQ of the equipment..

To check and update various documents and records, ensure production records filled online.

To prepare and submit Daily Production Reports, Monthly Production Reports and work in process report.

To prepare the batch records, SOPs, Qualification protocol and necessary documents.

To observe and report of product/ material/ machine for their abnormal identified behaviour during production process

Regulatory Audits : TGA, USFDA, MHRA, MCC.

Customer Audits : Pfizer, Dr.Reddys, Cipla

Responsible for shop floor activities in Cephalosporin Section.

Supervising of Granulation, compression, coating and capsule filling.

Responsible for shop floor activities in Dry syrup manufacturing.

Creation of manufacturing process order SAP

Counter checking the Dispensed Raw material according to Requisition slip.

Responsible for batch yield of products in granulation stage and improvement (Entry removed to protect privacy) of productivity with quality as per set norms

To achieve monthly production target i.e. granulation section

To maintain batch manufacturing record online

To maintain quarantine in suitable manner.

My role involved in the following:

Handling of whole process of Granulation as per SOP and follow cGMP

Handling validation batches and process validation.

Knowledge of equipments like RMG 100, 400, 600 and 1200 liter, FBD 60 and 600 kg. Compression machine 20, 27, 55 and 77 station. Be coater, Kevin, Solace (Auto coater) 48” and 65” etc as per SOP.

Check the In-process evaluation parameter at regular time interval.

Fulfill the documentation and log books required for maintain the data.

Store the finish products in the suitable container and make the labelling.
