CAREER SUMARY / OBJECTIVE
I started my career as a machine operator in the die casting industry. Hard work afforded me the opportunity for multiple advancements ending as the Supervisor in the tool and die department until the plant closed. I then sought employment locally not wanting to move my family during their high school years. I took employment in a steel processing plant as a supervisor where I was taught Lean Manufacturing. I was later downsized due the failing economy. I was recently downsized again due to lack or work in the four cylinder engine block manufacturing at Nemak. At this point in my career I am looking to take the next step and move into a middle management position.
