Directed the building of business infrastructure from scratch as this private company negotiated a massive growth curve from one deliverable every three weeks to one deliverable every day. Employee base grew from 10 to 110, and work schedules went from one to three shifts. With a staff of eight, led all business functions including human resources, finance, materials control, quality, training and safety. Collaborated with Technical/Facilities Manager to oversee the production manager and five production supervisors as needed.
