Direct work flow of production within the injection molding department, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiencies. Manage a team of 50 ranging from 30 direct laborers and several indirect.

• Maintain the highest level of safety and quality for team member, company equipment, and customer product.

• Ensure new quality standards and/or changes that have been made are passed down to the personnel on the shop floor.

• Keep accurate records of team members’ training and cross training progress.

• Track OEEs of all machines and assembly lines to ensure highest level of efficiency is kept.

• Ensure customer shipments are made on time and in order, (sequencing).
