Troubleshot existing metal finishing processes as well as engineer new processes.

Trained operators, supervisors, and managers in new manufacturing process technology.

Developed Key Process Indicator (KPI) metrics to be used as a measuring tool for complex manufacturing processes, and reported their status during monthly Policy Deployment (PD) meetings.

Responsible for creating a monthly budget with an average annual spend of greater than $1M.

o Quality reject rate reduced from 7% to less than 0.5%. o Cost improvement projects implemented at a savings of more than $1.5M annually.
