Completed a Time study project on saving transport time between the engine manufacturing and testing rigs by changing the layout of the work floor by collecting and analyzing the data.

Time Study: Performed a direct time study and documented the various findings to improve the efficiency of the process and identify non value added activities and set a standard time for the process.

Simulation: Simulated a Medical equipment facility to assist in the development of a detailed resource requirement plan which will help the company support rapid growth at minimal additional cost using the Witness tool.

SUPRA SAE: Similar to FSAE, involved in completely putting together a race car and competing with other teams from India. Hands on experience with tools and manufacturing techniques and leading the procurement team.
