Responsibilities include representing the owner/sponsor interests in all housing properties sponsored or co-sponsored by VOA-GNY. • Construction Management – Serve as lead project manager for major capital improvement projects such as conversion of freight elevator to ADA compliant passenger elevator, façade restoration and rehabilitation of a 60 unit multifamily building, construction of medical clinic, and the gut renovation of a 4,000 sq. ft., full- service kitchen.

• Operations –charged with advancing operational and strategic goals and objectives: Accomplishments include:

ST. CHARLES HOSPITAL AND REHABILITATION CENTER - Port Jefferson, NY - 1997 to 2000 Coordinated women's health services for a 200 bed community hospital specializing in rehabilitation. Managed day-to-day operations of an outpatient women's center providing radiology, physical therapy, nutrition, behavioral health and education services.

• Developed business plan including market analysis, financial projections, and consumer preferences.

• Facilitated the design, renovations and opening of two outpatient facilities.
