Roles & Responsibilities:-

Supervise and inspect all Building & Infrastructure works relating to the assigned projects.

Formulate Work Breakdown Structure for the project in line with overall Project Control framework.

Ensure that all Building & Infrastructure works are complied with the specifications and requirements.

Collect all inputs related to project plan preparation (time per activity, interlink age, sequencing) by areas from

Respective mangers on Project Task Force and prepare the base plan.

Annul and gross – profit plan by forecasting and developing annual sales

Ensure alignment of functional schedules prepared by functional managers with the project schedule.

To check and ensure that all Building & Infrastructure works are incorporated with the Architectural works.

Monitor critical path & overall schedule on a daily basis. Prepare catch up plans, look ahead plans based on inputs from respective sources and report to Project Control Manager.

To monitor the site schedule achieving mile stone in due time, work progress and work quality on site.

Coordinating and monitoring of site works in accordance with requirements and contractual specifications.

Analyze & present impact of various scenarios on overall project schedule & critical path during the cross- functional meeting.

Co-ordinate with Cost Controller wrt to level of congruence between planning and cost WBS.

Project Scheduling, Quantity Survey, Project Management, Co-ordination and Documentation Procedures.

Aggregate progress reports on a weekly & monthly basis, develop progress S curves and prepare reports.

Able to work independently and to resolve site technical issues with Building & Infrastructure works.

Update changes made to the base schedule in a separate version.

Familiar with site management and dealing with authorities matter.

Managing the day to day workflow of a complaints handling team, supporting the team manager to maximize the performance of their team.

Responsible for any contractual variation from the scope of work.

Estimating of material requirements after study of vendor drawings & specifications.

Participation in Project Review meetings with Client / Consultant
