Natural Language Processing: Metal Networks

• Designed UI to reduce click count, from 8,000 to 16 clicks for a 10 item RFP.

Information Architect, S3 Venture Startup: Metal Networks (Oct 2014 – Present) Collaborated with onshore / offshore Engineering, PM, Users, and Sales on requirements, designs, personas, user studies, wireframes, workflows, and prototypes for a SaaS B2B eCommerce and mobile app. Lead, managed, and mentored UX / UI team.

• Developed NLP system to reduce 100 item RFP click count, from 80,000 to 215.

• Reduce engineering and QA time by creating design patterns and style guides.

• Created and monitored Jira tickets with epics, stories and tasks in an agile process.
