RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle the customers and their financial transactions through answering and responding to the customer inquiries.
Record all deposits and payments into the bank’s computer systems.
Process and accept deposits and loan payments from bank customers and make payments to the bank customers after checking and validating customer’s identity.
Educate the customers on products and services offered by the bank.
Assist the assistant manager and manager in completing their tasks.
Perform role of Head cashier and teller as per the reqirement of the branch.
Responsible for cash management activities like Collecting, counting, and disbursing money, do basic bookkeeping and complete banking transactions.
Stay updated on the latest banking practices
