5.Comparison of the current schedule to the baseline and other comparable project schedules pertaining to performance analysis with consideration of productivity factor, quantity changes, and scope revisions. In order to avoid delays, this provides critical information to the decision makers for development of recovery strategy well ahead in time..

6.Providing timely reports and commentary to management on effectiveness of ongoing schedule recovery measures and their impact on schedule with prognosis to the management.

Lead Scheduler/ Planner September 2014 – November 2015

As a Lead Scheduler/Planner at JGCA Project Controls, while working on few proposals for their schedules, my other assignments were as under:-

Worked with different engineering department leads to prepare the engineering design workflow standard logic fragnets, budget distribution criteria, interim milestone for earning rules, progress recording and reporting system, and the manual write-up on each step and its associated flow chart.

Support management/leadership to timely and consistently produce and publish schedules for ongoing proposals and FEED design project on each reporting deadlines.

Prepared templates for impact analysis, impact category classification, and visual graphic documents and presentation.

Developed OSBL Engineering detail design schedule for the JV partnership consisting of JGC, S&B, and Black & Veatch. The Procurement and Construction scope assigned to S&B. Black & Veatch to design ISBL scope.

The JV schedule was integrated by the team and resource loaded.

JGCA management opted for No Bid at later stage.

The main assignment for the Project Controls Scheduling department was to standardizing the ongoing day to day operations, and establishing department processes and procedures, while developing a culture to persistently follow them.

Developed Small Modular Reactor Project consisting of various Nuclear Island System design schedules with resource planning anticipations and key monitoring milestones.

Prepared Monthly JV Project Evaluation Meeting Schedule related reports such as physical status on various scopes, EVMS deviation reasoning, strategic milestone status report, Level II physical status comparison with baseline schedule and probable mitigation options, trend management, and FTE forecast.
