Check section being produced and ensure the Quality requirement / demand of the customers.

My Responsibilities included inspection and Mechanical construction, pipeline and piping fabrication, welding, hydro testing, NDT, Holiday test, Erection, sand blasting, (surface preparation) painting & as built of project.

Ensure the project activities are performed in such a manners to comply with the requirements of Clint Specification and Quality Management Plan, Quality Inspection Plan and its related Procedure To ensure a desired level of quality.

Review of project related documents and Contractor QA/QC requirement for contract document.

Coordinate with Clint for the approval deviation QA/QC system as necessary.

Material inspection as per project specification and material test certificates.

Inspection of pipe spool marking, pipe cutting, and joint fit-up as per approved construction drawings, WPS joint details and ASME B31.1/B31.3/API 1104.

Familiar with WPS, PQR & Welder Qualification Tests as per ASME Sec: IX and AWS D1.1.

Fit up inspection as per AFC/IFC drawing.

Dimensional Inspection of pipe spools prior to welding and after welding.

NDT control as per specification requirements.

Visual inspection of Welding.

Preparation & Review of test peck (Marking, highlighting of test criteria at plan drawing, P&ID, Isometric drawing and test check sheet).

Review of weld map prior to RT.

Performing of DPT and preparation of result reports.

Blasting and coating inspection according to standard and client specifications.

Witnessing piping hydro testing, flushing as per procedure.

Inspection of pipe line activities from initial stage (stringing stage to final Pig out stage).

Pipe Line check prior to hydro testing and preparation of punch listing for piping test package and verification as well.

Familiar with Welding processes as GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and SAW.

Knowledge of International codes and standard.

Expertise in preparation of Inspection Reports.
