PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Liaison between employees and General Partner, between our firm and building management. On call 24/7 as emergency contact with the landlord’s Security staff.

Effectively managed the premises, equipment, Service Vendors and Maintenance staff.

Purchased office machines, and managed supplies.

Supervised and insured proper function, trouble-shooting and maintenance of HVAC systems, mechanical rooms and fire prevention equipment to code with FDNY regulation.
