In the course of my employment with Hunter Warfield, Inc., I had multiple
responsibilities encompassing a variety of matters. As its General Counsel, my
duties included providing legal advice to the corporation regarding various
matters, drafting and negotiating contracts with vendors and clients, monitoring
litigation, completing and updating license applications and other documents,
reviewing forms and procedures for legal sufficiency and providing other related
services. In addition to the duties required by this position, I also supervised the
Compliance Department, the Legal Consumer Collection Department and the

organizational skills. As the supervisor of the Compliance Department, I
supervised the Senior Compliance Officer and the Compliance Officer to insure
