At Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare my current duties consist of:

- Reviews and approves requests for change to manufacturing documentation, prior to release.

At Drive Medical my primary duties as Quality Lead were:

- Inspect for supplier quality using established methods and documenting results. Inspect for the conformance of mechanical manufacturing processes such as welding, punching, injection and blow molding, assembly and aesthetics of paint appearance. Ensure company, industry and FDA compliance is met for all products. Enter and maintain result data into quality management system (QSI) and the warehouse data system (SAP).

As Quality Lead my responsibilities go beyond the inspection of goods:

-Directing QC team member on daily task, inspection assignments and review of work completed.

-Create work procedures needed for rework projects for nonconformance’s found using MS Word/Excel and Photo editing software. Instruct employees of processes to be preformed.

-Supervise repair employees on work performed at both in-house or off site locations, record keeping of product data and labor/expenses.

Also I have trained in glass repair and water leak troubleshooting and repair. I have spent much time working with inspectors on quality lines approving repairs. Also I have worked with quality assurance and process engineers to help on various issues. During my time at HMMA, I have also performed Team Leader duties as needed. This has helped me gain even more knowledge about the automotive industry and a stronger understanding of the processes involved.

From this job I credit most of what I am as a worker, it instilled morality, job pride, team work and leadership. I gained a sense of belonging and loyalty. All of this helped me grow into the type person I am today.
