Created dedicated planning teams to develop and implement processes for newly-created solar business ventures in 2004 and 2009.

Developed and managed team of global resources including 5 Master Schedulers and 9 on-site scheduling managers through which all company production planning was routed.

Championed and instituted TOC methodology for material start plans which drove manufacturing cycle times to the best in the semiconductor industry by yielding a 25% improvement (20 days to 15 days) on 95% of all material started.

Assumed accountability for enterprise-wide order commitment process and global inventory management including Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods.

Initiated the analysis and transition from Air to Ocean shipments which provided a savings of $2.4M in annual freight spend.

Developed and implemented the Subcon wafer planning process for solar wafer business to accommodate rapidly expanding production volume of 1 million wafers annually in 2007 to 50 million per quarter in 2008 and 2009.

Implemented a Virtual Poly Yield program which contributed to necessary cost reduction in solar wafer business by saving and binning all waste silicon streams from semiconductor processes for use in solar wafer production.

Assumed responsibility to manage Global Customer Service on interim basis over a two-year period in addition to normal duties. Led consolidation initiative resulting in 33% cost reduction.
