Co-chaired & planned by-weekly meeting of a 10-member group including subcontractor’s manager & project superintendent.
Saved company $200,000 in future repair costs of faulty shower floor slope in all 400 hotel suites during routine inspection. Additionally saved $100,000 in first phase of construction after relocating excavated soil to the area adjacent to the highway. Soil was recycled to construct high berm to block the view of the highway from hotel suites.
