WORK EXPERIENCE

PROJECT MANAGER at STELLIUM INC Jackson, MI January 2014 to present

Built an Automation Testing Script Suite in the SAP EWM/Supply Chain space. This reduced the testing time by nearly 60%, with almost 80% of the scope being successfully automated. This was achieved after enterprise-wide consultations with users for a logical assemblage of facts, bringing in perspectives from all functions and levels in the company, while maintaining the problem scope to provide a sustainable and successful solution.

Drove efforts for a testing automation product bundle for supply chain operations clients (product life-cycle project experience) in this management consulting start-up.

oManaged requirements capture with questionnaires, client workshops and UI/UX modelling.

oWorked on intellectual capital-including articles, whitepapers, decks, and case studies.

Ensured that clients are engaged with and seeing the value of the project, which was demonstrated and reinforced in person and via virtual interactions.

The project’s objective was to use data-driven insights to empower customers through tailored solutions, and meet the future energy needs while enabling efficiency, security and sustainability. This was done through programs that enabled customer pre-payment, notifications of peak pricing (while providing complex billing facilities), and provided an overall holistic view of the customer’s consumption.

Managed budgets of up to $250,000 over a large-scale multi-vendor landscape.

Ensured defect-free releases through careful planning, testing and QA efforts (delivery and communication).

Worked with business representatives with client interviews, and facilitated workshops to define the business requirements.
