Case Study on Six Sigma Implementation at Dallas Children Hospital January 2016 – May 2016
Reduced wait time of 90 minutes for patients at emergency department of Dallas Children Hospital to 45 minutes by using lean six sigma tools and techniques.
Defined, measured and analyzed the problem using project charter, value stream mapping and Ishikawa diagram respectively. Used 5S, Kanban and lean methodologies to improve the process which was further optimized by using control charts.
Quality Improvement in Juice Production Unit August 2015 - December 2015
Used control charts (X-bar, R) plotted in MS Excel for studying quantitative variables of mixing department in a Juice Company & detected out-of-control variables through control charts.
Simple Linear Regression Project August 2015 – October 2015
Conducted regression analysis using SAS software to determine strong predictor variables among number of balls faced, fours hit and not outs for response variable of total runs scored by a cricket player.
