OBJECTIVE

SUMMARY OF SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

6+ years of experience as instrumentation and control system engineer in system design, detailed engineering, Erection, Commissioning & plant start-up in Co-gen Power Plant and Greenfield Onshore Project-LNG.

DCS: Invensys Wonderware Archestra, Foxboro I/A series DCS, Yokogawa Centum CS3000, ABB 800 XA.

PLC: Triconex Safety System (ESD), Siemens S7-200.

HMI: Fox view/Fox draw (10.x)

ROLES & RESPONISBILITIES

Design- Designing Tag list Engineering, I/O assignment. Development of simple and complex loop based on the EPC document. Development of logic sequence for Vendor packages.

Testing- conduct FAT with customer and logic modification based on Customer /EPC requirements.

Documentation- Comprehensive documentation (I/O assignment, System, Marshalling, Network Cabinets, FAT/SAT Procedure and preparation of site report).

Role & Responsibility:

Design a prototype for DCS System, Marshalling, Foundation Fieldbus, Workstation and Network cabinets.

Familiar with Shell Design Engineering Practice (DEP) Standards.

Involve in core team for FEED, Prototype Testing, System Design, Detailed Engineering, PRE FAT and FAT.

Develop Instrumentation Typical loop drawings.

Generate the System Design Documents like system architecture, system interconnection drawing, system cable schedule etc.

Review the customer’s comments and incorporate the required changes.

Hands on experience in Foundation Fieldbus.

I/O Allocation based on the JB list and EPC Input index.

Role & Responsibility:

Design and modified documents for DCS System, Marshalling, Workstation and Network cabinets.

Preparation of instrument index

Preparation of I/O list, cable schedule, MCC I/O list and alarm set points.

Successfully Completed FAT & SAT for Foxboro I/A DCS, TRICONEX ESD & FGS Hardware
