1991-1994 Laboratory Manager, American Spincast, Inc.

Performed all operations of the laboratory to include, Training, Supervise, Maintain, Trouble shoot, Repair and operation of an Atomcomp-81 Mass Spectrometer. Performed preventive maintenance. Designed, Wrote and implemented a standard operating procedures manual the laboratory as they did not have a set procedure in place. This was the first step towards an ISO9000certification.
