Structure of the company is the result of a JV agreement between the ENOC government of Dubai and Agility, in addition to Tristar companies to be established in Saudi Arabia. Built the complete facility and bought 80 trucks with 80 aluminum tankers and CB with ISO tanks to serve all types of chemicals and DG chemicals produced by most of the petrochemical companies in Saudi Arabia.

Contract Negotiations: Signed a 10-year contract with Saudi Aramco, the biggest oil company in the region, to transport all petroleum products all over Saudi Arabia.

Business Development: Focused on expanding the business of the company to include 1000+ trucks with branches throughout the kingdom.

GENERAL MANAGER

Evaluated the current market position and implemented sales/marketing strategies to meet demand, introducing drilling oils, and other supplies to oil companies. Sales Growth: Achieved sales revenues of 200MM SAR (2003) and 400MM SAR (2004-2005) when the second line was commissioned (200% Growth Index).

Contract Negotiations: Increased sales orders for Aramco, a major customer for these pipes, through negotiating new contracts and utilizing key contacts and decision makers in the industry. Led the signing of a five-year purchasing agreement.

Profit Growth: Achieved operating profit of SR 12MM SAR.
