Especially skilled at designing and implementing environmental control procedures to ensure the safe collection and distribution of petroleum products. Specialize in exploring innovative techniques such as hydraulic fracturing and acid treatment.

• Substantial understanding of petroleum products and extraction techniques

• Vast knowledge of oil safety industry standards and regulations

• Familiar with all aspects of reservoir analysis and management

• Sound understanding of multilateral and horizontal drilling practices

• Proficient in the use of system analysis software

• Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities

• Very good internal and external communications skills Internship (2011)

Pakistan Ordnance Factories

(Wah Cantonment, Wah Cantt Pakistan

• I was exposed to the extensive processes and operations throughout various factories. This included, but was not limited to: Their quality control system involving all aspects of metal work, such as broaching, shaping, grinding, drilling, electro-discharge, chemical, etc. Casting process forming

(Deformation), Molding processes i.e injection molding using hot and cold working processes, plus processing of polymers, ceramics and composites were also thoroughly demonstrated and explained

• Additionally, i had the opportunity to work on green energy production in a small team. We built a simple fuel cell using hydrogen and oxygen, producing water as a by-product, which in turn generated electricity. Citizen: Pakistani citizen

Internship (2011)

Heavy Industries Texila, Pakistan

• During this internship, I developed a thorough understanding and working knowledge of different processes and procedures involved in the production of aartillery aammunition; for example Plastic Molding/Injection Molding etc.

• My ultimate goal was to learn and fully understand the importance of reduction in manufacturing costs. I successfully achieved this goal by acquiring extensive knowledge about lowering direct labor costs, minimizing scrap, re-work and material wastage, reduction in work in process inventory, reduction in production lead time and better process control. Mater in Petroleum Engineering (2013-2015)

The University of New South Wales, Australia

• Semester Project: Optimization of a Gas Oil Separation Plant I successfully synthesized the optimum flow sheet, material and energy balances for an oil/gas/water production facility located in Houston TX, USA. The main objective of this further processing was to separate gas and water that are simultaneously produced with the crude oil to optimize the available crude oil resources. The purpose of a gas separation plant was to optimize the value of the end products as Ethane, Propane and Butane can be sold at a much higher price than Methane. I used an oil field software called HYSYS to successfully separate the lighter ends from the heavier ends and HYSYS confirmed my results.

• Semester Project: Directional Drilling System Design Factors were taken under analysis for directional drilling. Skills for horizontal drilling included:

1. Angle of inclination of the drill bit.

2. Horizontal departure of drill bit.

3. Tensional forces acting on the drill bit.

Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (2008-2012)

University of Wah, Wah Engineering College, Pakistan

• Semester Project: Design and Fabrication of Rectangular Open Channel The basic idea was to design and fabricate a rectangular open channel with varying slopes. The concept of this project had been taken from fluid mechanics.
