DESCRIPTION: we did case study on human safety because they cast big products manually without any human safety equipment, so we provided solution oh human safety. INDUSTRIAL VISIT:

We visited more than 15 industries in Nagpur and I got knowledge as following.

Khaparkheda Thermal Power Plant, we seen CHP, Unloading of bogies, turbine section, power plant control section, etc.

Maruti Suzuki Seva, they repair damage cars, wheel balancing, etc.

Star Circlips, they did polishing and coating, check each product manually, etc.

Dinshaws Ice Creams, we seen storage, manufacturing of ice creams, etc.

Gajanan Plastic, we seen practically extrusion process, blow moulding, etc.

Jai Timber Industry, we seen cutting of wood, making box, etc. PROJECT DETAIL:

PROJECT NAME: GYM OPERATED POWER GENERATION (2nd Year). SKILL USED: Basic of Linkage, Basic Electrical, Mechanical Drives. DESCRIPTION: The project is deals with ELECTRICITY GENERATION from the losses of man machine power during workout in the gym. The system is consist of pulley that transfer the rotating motion to another shaft of generator trough lather belt drive.

PROJECT NAME: DESIGN & FABRICATION OF GAS CARBURIZING HEAT TREATMENT CHAMBER (Final Year).

SKILL USED: Heat Transfer, Design of Machine Elements, DESCRIPTION: The project is deal with HARDENING of SAMPLE. In this furnace we can do heat treatment process like Hardening, Annealing, Normalizing, Tempering, and Strengthening, and also melting of Aluminium. The chamber consist of carbon carrying box, M.S. shell in which all parts assemble, S.S. Retort in which process done, contactor control the voltages and maintain temperature of furnace, etc. CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITY:
