With extensive experience and documented success in working with in-person and web-based training programs and Organization Effectiveness and consultation work, I am confident that I can help your company meet its top-priority goals in similar initiatives.
I offer a 15 year background in designing, developing, and executing Learning & Development programs for high-profile companies such as Comcast, Aetna, and my current employer Kaiser Permanente. Throughout this period, I have worked closely with senior level and C-Suite executives and delivered various training programs that received widespread praise and generated numerous beneficial results, including breaking down internal silos, increasing levels of accountability, improving internal communications, and aligning leaders organization-wide.
My philosophy on the proper delivery approach begins with level setting leadership performance gaps and leadership cultural self awareness, from there, if training is identified as a need, creating customized learning engagements / programs based on actual skill deficiencies; while seeking the perfect balance between delivery cost and “stickiness” of program content ideally, a combination of in-person and virtual training and follow up learning transfer and accountability.
One of my key strengths is being able to tailor instructional strategies to specific organizational needs and environments to ensure maximum value. I am certain I can do the same as a member of your team.
I would welcome an opportunity for a personal interview to discuss your organization’s needs and the performance you can expect from me.
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
