Lead Supply Chain legal representative, delivering attorney level support

to North America, Latin America, AP and EAME. Advise stakeholders and

collaborate with directors and VPs of procurement, finance, risk

management, operations, sustainability, brands and legal to achieve annual

strategic sourcing savings and fee goals. Manage the contracts development

process end to end, with emphasis on drafting, review and direct

negotiation of high value supplier agreements in all hospitality

categories, including OS&E, F&B and IT. Develop and maintain master

purchase, property level, distributor and regional services contracts,

SLAs, SOWs, global and local enabling agreements, form libraries and SOPs

to ensure efficient and adaptive work processes. Create best practices

training modules and conduct team sessions on negotiation tactics, contract
