Hiring Incentives, Inc July 2013 to Feb 2014 Account Representative Assisted the Unemployment Division and Vice President of Operations with monthly reports. My job consisted of picking up the mail daily from the Post Office, open it and give to each person that handles each document. Daily calls had to be made to facilities in order to process unemployment claims in a timely manner and attend unemployment hearings. Several calls needed to be placed each week with State Unemployment Offices to find out the determination of the applicant and the benefit charges for our clients for monthly reports. Dispatched calls to mechanics for problems on elevators for client, collected on outstanding invoices as well as invoiced clients for repair orders as well as billed for time that mechanics were on jobs with AS400 and FMS.
