This module allows an employee to view My Employment Profile, Pay Check Information, update personal information of Address, Bank Account, Emergency Contact, Tax, Marital Status, Savings Bonds, Work Contact and initiate Flexible Work Option Request to manager for approval.

Manager Self-Service (MSS) transactions will enable supervisors to view relevant information about their employee(s), initiate and/or approve transactions and generate reports. All transactions will interact with PeopleSoft to fetch the existing data and updates Peoplesoft in batch process once final approver in approval path approves the transaction.

MSS module allows supervisors to initiate transactions on an employee like Organization Change/Transfer, Direct Supervisor change, Dual Accountability Manager change, Alternate T&E Expense Approver change, Job Title Change, Officer Title Nominations, Off-Cycle or Special Salary change, Promotions or Demotions, One Time Payments/Awards/Additional Hours, Employment Status change and Termination.
