Planned annual schedules, prepared units for deployment, assessed training levels of organization and established training plans to cover all gaps in training. Subject matter expert for all regulations and policies. Ensured all reports for monthly, quarterly and annual requirements are accurate.

CHIEF INSTRUCTOR - MULTIPLE LAUNCH ROCKET CREW MEMBER (MLRS) US ARMY SEPTEMBER 2009 TO MARCH 2012

Responsible for the Army MLRS Advance Individual Training Course. Conducts course rewrites, restructuring, analysis, determine instructional technique, developed training aids and much more.
