Created and directed the global effort to update our legacy ERP system – this was years in the making and required us to reevaluate our environment to be able to deliver the implementation on time; resulted in creating a 24x7 development environment, built on the agile methodologies, utilizing 3rd party overseas vendors; project was successfully implemented and had an ROI of over $1,000,000 in the first year of implementation
