oAudit & Tax Audit Reports : To manage all the audit report including arranging document for the auditor related to query provide all data and other documents required by audit team.

oFinalization of Sales Tax Assessment on Pan India (Currently accountability for below states, Tamil nadu, Karnataka Pondicherry, Telengana, Andhra Pradesh,Kerela Chhattisgarh, single handedly).

oDeveloping tax structure and systems for assessment of tax liabilities in compliance with tax laws and effective tax planning to avail maximum benefits.

oDesigning internal and external controls and quality audit checks; conducting internal, statutory and departmental audit and implementing necessary recommendations.

oEnsuring due compliance with statutory requirements and handling the relevant Statutory Records and documentation for approvals.

oPreparing VAT Audit Reports and Annual Return for the respective State TamiNadu,Karnataka,Kerala,

Andhr Pradesh, Telangana, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Assam, Jammu, Indore Haryana.

oSales Tax /VAT (Filling Sales Tax Return Telangana, Kerala, Puducherry, Tamil nadu, Karnataka
